Welcome to Bennett's Creek Landing!  Our unique, family-friendly community is conveniently located off of Route 17 in Suffolk, Virginia, bounded on the north by the Nansemond River and the east by Bennett's Creek.
 
Our neighborhood of 127 unique, custom-built homes welcomes all individuals and families.  Homeowners have access to a Community Pier, a Community Pool, and waterfront Clubhouse as well as a members-only Marina.
 
Having a home in Bennett's Creek Landing puts you minutes away from I-664, making all of the Hampton Roads cities easily accessible.  Parks, recreation, shopping and medical facilities are nearby.  Our community is professionally managed by Diamond Management and a Board of Directors elected annually by Homeowners.

Pool-side Pizza Party

We will have a Community Pizza Party on Friday, June 5 from 5:30 PM until about 7:30 PM.  Please use the Questionnaire feature to let us know if you be there.
Pool Opening

The Community Pool will be opening for the 2026 season on Saturday, May 23 for Memorial Day weekend.  It will close at the end of September unless the weather gets cold early.
 
All access codes have been changed and letters sent to Homeowners.  Please verify your new access code works when you get a chance.
 
Codes will only open the gate between the hours of 9 AM to 9:45 PM (Pool hours are 9 AM to 10 PM).  There is NO LIFEGUARD.
 
Please swim with a buddy.  There is an emergency phone line on the waterfront side of the Clubhouse should you need it--the line connects directly to the 911 operator.  
 
The Pool area, Clubhouse and Marina are under video surveillance 24 hours/day.
 
We look forward to another successful, family-friendly Pool season!

There will be a Pizza Party at the Pool on Friday, June 5.  Please use the Pizza Party link on the left of this page to RSVP.
Community 4th of July Parade
Saturday, July 4th, 10 AM
Decorate your wheels and come out for our second Community 4th of July Parade!
 
Parade will start at 10 (ish).  Please arrive at the Riverside Drive court (turn right at the stop sign) by about 9:45AM so we can get organized.
 
If you are not riding, pedaling or walking in the parade, please bring a lawn chair to the "main" roads (Meeting and Bennett's Creek Landing) and cheer on the participants.  We had a great time last year.
 
We will have water and Bomb Pops at the Clubhouse after the parade!  Bring out your patriotic best for our 250th!!!
